Rally: keep the rally foot closer to standing leg, figure out comfortable, consistent hop/releve height, will make rallies more consistent.
Lift-hop-down: my standing leg is jumping side to side, keep landing straight down on line. Keep feet turned out.
Heels: keep back for as close to 180° as possible, on toes. Very crossed front toe, front heel (almost rolling, toes curled), back slight movement, just scoot along)
